How do I connect my Amazon account?
During sign-up we guide you step by step to authorize the connection via Amazon SP-API (Amazon's official connection for sellers). It takes 2 minutes. You never give us your password: Amazon grants us read access to your account data.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. The database is isolated per account, so it's impossible to see another seller's data (or vice versa). We don't sell or share data with third parties. We comply with GDPR.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day six we remind you by email. If you decide to continue, you add your card and carry on. If you do nothing, your account pauses and we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back. We never charge you without your confirmation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in. One click from your account settings. No calls, no forms, no questions. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Which Amazon marketplaces does it work in?

How do you support me if I have a problem?

How long until I start seeing data?
Immediately. As soon as you connect your Amazon account we start importing the last 30 days: orders, inventory, products, campaigns and returns. In 5-10 minutes your dashboard is running with your real data. From then on, it syncs automatically every 5 minutes.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
No. If you can log into Seller Central, you can use MyPnLPro. Connecting to Amazon is 1 click (you authorize access from Amazon, no technical settings to touch). The dashboard is designed so you understand every figure without knowing how to read a balance sheet.
What if Amazon changes its API or something stops working?
We keep the integration up to date. If Amazon changes something, we adapt it without you having to do anything. If at any point a piece of data can't sync (Amazon maintenance, for example), you'll see it on the dashboard and our team will already be working on it.
